As a leading supplier of Greek wines to the Greek hospitality industry and beyond, Wine Kiosk offers personal natural wine tastings for private and professional clients. What is natural wine? In simple terms natural wine is wine as true to its origins as possible, made with as few additions and subtractions as possible, i.e. no herbicides or pesticides (chemicals) in the vineyard, fermentations with indigenous yeasts, no fining or filtering, no or very limited use of sulfites. The universally accepted philosophy is ‘nothing added-nothing taken away,’ with the hopes of best expressing the unique terroir of each individual wine. NATURAL WINE package includes: - a 1.5 hour wine tasting led by a trade professional - a journey across six micro wineries of Greece - tasting and evaluation of one natural sparkling wine, two natural white wines, two natural red wines and one natural dessert wine - the opportunity to learn about the various terroirs and the unique indigenous varieties of Greece with a focus on low-intervention winemaking, the difference it makes, and why it matters
