Vineyards on the slopes of Vermio. Our 8 hectares of vineyards, cultivated organically, are located on the slopes of Vermio in the areas of Fytia, Naoussa, and Trilofos, as well as on the estate in Angelohori. We also collaborate with selected winegrowers. The Xinomavro variety plays a central role, complemented by other Greek varieties such as Agiorgitiko, Assyrtiko, Roditis, and Malagouzia, as well as international varieties such as Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sauvignon Blanc.

Winemaking Philosophy

Winemaking Philosophy
"

Our wines are produced with a clear emphasis on origin, variety, and time. Xinomavro from Naoussa forms the core of our range. Temperature-controlled tanks, oak barrels, and amphorae from Georgia in the cellar allow different interpretations of the same origin, from fresh and approachable wines to complex, age-worthy ones. We create wines that highlight the particularities of the varieties and their origin. Our annual production amounts to approximately 80,000 bottles from 13 wines of different winemaking styles, PGI Imathia and PGI Macedonia. Fresh and approachable wines, vinified at controlled temperatures. Rythmos range in white, rosé and red Nesplon, Malagousia Sauvignon Blanc. Wines that ferment and mature in oak barrels: Assyrtiko X-LOCO, white ANAMNON, rosé from Xinomavro eLXis from Assyrtiko (amphorae “Qvevri”), spontaneous fermentation. Premium wines initially ferment at controlled temperatures and then mature for 12–18 months in oak barrels. After bottling, they age for another 8–12 months in the cellar. Kokymelo, single-varietal, Xinomavro, red Opora, old vines, Xinomavro, red Merlot, red Syrah Cabernet, LIAISON, red ISMINI, dessert wine, late harvest, red
