Experience a complete introduction to Passas Winery & Distillery and the Nestos Valley, from vineyard to glass. The visit begins with a walk through the vineyard, where we get to know the varieties we cultivate, how we monitor each vineyard plot, and the specific conditions of the area that affect the ripening and character of the grapes. Next, the tour continues through the winery and the distillery. We talk about our philosophy, the key stages of winemaking and wine aging, as well as the production of tsipouro through the traditional distillation process. The experience concludes with a guided tasting of five selected wines, through which you discover different varieties, winemaking styles, and expressions of the Nestos Valley. The tasting is accompanied by an individual platter with selected local products. An experience designed for those who want to get to know not only our wines, but also the vineyard, the place, and the philosophy behind each bottle.
