1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WineKite ("the Platform"), operated by Enowise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

WineKite is a platform where wine lovers can discover wineries, explore wine experiences, and request bookings. Wineries manage their WineKite presence through the Enowise platform. WineKite is operated by Enowise P.C. (ENOWISE Ι.Κ.Ε., VAT 802092030, D' Athens Tax Office, Paraschou 24, 11473 Athens, Greece).

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of WineKite, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Submit false or misleading booking requests
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without authorization
• Impersonate another person or entity

5. Bookings & Winery Interactions

WineKite facilitates connections between wine lovers and wineries. Booking requests submitted through the Platform are subject to acceptance by the respective winery. WineKite does not guarantee the availability of any experience or the acceptance of any booking request. Any agreements formed are between you and the winery directly. WineKite does not process payments for bookings; payment is handled directly between you and the winery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Platform are the property of Enowise or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission.

7. User Content

By submitting content to the Platform (such as reviews, ratings, or tasting notes), you grant WineKite a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform. You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe on the rights of others.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WineKite and Enowise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
