The Map of Flavors, the most important wine event in Northern Greece and an established annual meeting of the wine sector in Thessaloniki, will take place on Saturday 28, Sunday 29 & Monday 30 November 2026 at the Ioannis Vellidis Conference Center. The most beloved wine event of the year was first organized in 2003 at Mylos, grew and became a wine institution at Warehouse C in the Port of Thessaloniki, and has now been “launched” to Helexpo’s high-aesthetics, highly functional conference center. Over these 23 years, the exhibition has grown and evolved, improved and been upgraded in parallel with Greek wine, aiming for the best possible communication of it. It has accompanied and highlighted the impressive increase in the number of wineries in the country and, clearly, the surge in the quality of Greek wines. And reaching 2026, the largest wine exhibition in Northern Greece will be stronger and more interactive than ever, as we extend its operation by half a day, with a clear emphasis on the trade sector and free entry for professionals.
